Ervin Clarke

Ervin B. Clarke is the founding Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of Urban Views Weekly. He received his Bachelor of Individualized Studies degree from Virginia State University. He has been active in radio and print advertising sales and management for most of his adult career. Clarke is a former Board of Directors member of the Better Business Bureau serving Central Virginia. ​He also served as a Board of Directors member for First Things First of Greater Richmond, a non – profit organization whose mission is to strengthen families.

He is a resident of Dinwiddie, Virginia and is married with two adult children and is very active in his church and community. 

Charmaine Wingfield Tucker, MBA

With an impressive track record spanning over 20 years, Charmaine’s life’s purpose has been to empower entrepreneurs to reach new heights. As a dedicated business trainer, mentor, consultant, and coach, she has transformed hundreds of lives through her expertise in marketing, sales, and connecting with people. With a master’s and bachelor's degree in business administration and a major in marketing, she possesses a deep understanding of business dynamics and consumer behavior. As a certified personal and executive coach, Charmaine empowers individuals to reach their full potential, while her advanced diploma in digital marketing and 10 years as a business and technology instructor make her a valuable resource for those seeking comprehensive solutions.


Charmaine's drive to inspire others is evident in her work as she proudly serves as the CEO of CLW Tucker A Belief and Branding Agency, LLC, a Mary Kay Independent Sales Director of an incredible unit that spans multiple states, and a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. With her unwavering commitment to empowering others and her trailblazing spirit, Charmaine is an exceptional leader in the realm of organizational and entrepreneurial success.


Brittney Quarles

In her short eight years in the radio industry, Brittney Quarles has already made a splash! She got her start in radio as a   Programming Intern with iHeart Media and has also worked for Sirius XM and Katz Media Group. Currently Brittney serves as the General Sales Manager and Internship Coordinator at Radio One Inc. in Richmond, VA where she is responsible for recruiting and developing new talent, leading the local sales team, and increasing annual revenue. For her efforts, Brittney has been recognized by Radio Ink Magazine as an “African American Future Leader in Radio” and “Future Most Influential Women in Radio” and has completed several of the most sought after competitive leadership and mentorship programs in the industry. Brittney is a proud graduate of Howard University and is currently a member of the Junior League of Richmond, Urban League Young Professionals.

Janna Hall

Janna Hall is CEO of Leap innovative Group, a Digital Marketing and Brand Consulting agency in Richmond, VA. Janna is a James Madison University graduate with a degree in English and Creative Writing and Print Journalism concentrations. After graduation, Janna went to the Big Apple, where the theme is, “If you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere.” There she accepted the position of Social Media Strategist for Girl Scouts of the USA. She and her teammates ran national campaigns that increased the organization's engagement on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and developed social media toolkits for partnerships with DELL, Dove, Nickelodeon, AT&T, and Google's Made with Code, to name a few. In February 2016, she launched her own company in her hometown market of Richmond.

With a wealth of industry knowledge from one of the most competitive cities in the world, Janna grew confident that she’d gain more fulfillment from bringing that knowledge to her hometown of Richmond, Virginia. Since launching, the L.I.G team has helped over a dozen personal and professional brands think outside the box to establish a strong identity, has revolutionized existing brands, and has implemented creative marketing strategies.
