Carol Walker Reese, President of ReeSources, Inc. has dedicated her career to supporting small, women and minority-owned businesses, business communities, and community organizations. Over the last 25 years, she has acquired a plethora of experience. These experiences include strategic planning, business plan development, community engagement, data transformation, project management, business training, and business coaching services.
Carol's mission is to have a galvanizing economic impact on individuals, businesses, and business communities. Therefore, she created a bridge to demystify and demolish the digital gap – the Hybrid Virtual Support and Training (HVSAT) program. The HVSAT program increases employment opportunities for our untapped resources. The goal is to decrease poverty, remove barriers (such as transportation), increase opportunities, and improve economic status.
Carol’s integrity, dedication and passion make her a sought-after consultant, coach, and speaker. She has spoken in a variety of venues regarding best business practices, business motivation and business opportunities. She has created several series such as Getting UnWired UP... To Build UP!TM, Networking with a P.U.R.P.O.S.E, ReeSources IDEAS PlanTM, and Strategy N MotionTM.
She is a Microsoft Partner, Data Analyst, and Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, specializing in Office 365, SharePoint, Excel, PowerBi, Power Automate, Dynamics, and Teams. Carol is a graduate of Virginia Union University, Cum Laude in Marketing, BS; a graduate of the Virginia Scaling4Growth program which earned her a Streetwise MBA. Carol recently completed the University of Richmond, MBE Executive Management Program; Northwestern Kellogg, National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) Advance Management Education Program, and Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, Building a Successful Diverse Business. She believes that learning leads to earning.
The mission of the Central Virginia African American Chamber of Commerce is to strengthen the community by supporting and promoting the recycling of dollars within the African American community. We will realize this mission by educating the African American business and consumer base on the value of doing business with one another.
