Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Ebony Wilkins is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. She is the Owner and Principal Conversationalist of The Power of One Consulting and a Human Resource Business Partner and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead for HHHunt, Inc. Ebony is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP), an Instructor with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), holds the Inclusive Workplace Culture credential through SHRM, is a certified Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner through Cornell and is a certified Mental Health First Aider. Ebony is an active member of the Richmond chapter of SHRM, where she sits on the board as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion. Ebony is passionate about creating safe and equitable workplaces where every team member knows they belong and where mental well-being is a cultural tenet.
