I never thought I’d be a CEO. I one hundred percent wanted to be that cool, swashbuckling momma taking my kids on international escapades around the globe. Luckily, I said yes to both. As CEO of The Martin Agency, I work with CCO Danny Robinson to create impactful ideas for clients like GEICO, Oreo, UPS, CarMax, Old Navy, Doordash and Axe.
We’re on a mission to fight invisibility - with breakthrough work and an inclusive culture. We’ve eradicated the wage gap by race and gender, leveled the playing field for women in leadership and tied diversity to business goals.
We believe in leading with heart, in overcoming fear, and that real creative magic lies somewhere in between.
Work that’s soulful, provocative and brave only ever comes from a place of greatness—great leadership, great thinking and great creativity that’s built on the foundation of a great client-agency relationship,” shares DoorDash VP of Marketing, Kofi Amoo-Gottfried.
Kofi also says that Jordan Muse is the embodiment of greatness.
As Martin’s Managing Director and Head of Accounts, truth is Jordan’s power. He bulldozes through BS and lip service in a way that opens hearts and minds—and even reshapes the core of creativity. His power cuts through even the thickest barriers: insecurity, doubt, POLITICS and more. Jordan is the one who paddles harder when things get tough. He’s stable legs on unstable ground.
That’s why Jordan’s steering two of Martin’s largest and fastest-moving accounts: Buffalo Wild Wings and DoorDash.
Greatness is jumping from third to first in your category at the onset of a pandemic, and holding that position while dedicating your brand to saving restaurants. That’s what Jordan’s helped DoorDash accomplish. Greatness is getting a legendary rap group to change its name without a hitch. The “Boneless Thugs-N-Harmony” campaign remains B-Dub’s most buzz-worthy work garnering 450M+ earned-media impressions from the likes of Rolling Stone Magazine, E! News, Vice and other outlets. Pandemics aside, Jordan’s been a big part of giving die-hard sports fans something to cheer for with culture riots like the “BnB Dubs” and “Sports Live On” campaigns.
Jordan creates a culture of inclusion and true partnerships between our people and our clients. All voices get heard. People lead without ego. Everyone—and ultimately the brands he serves—get pushed to be their best version of self.
In fact, Jordan’s dedicated himself to fueling the progress and aspirations of his peers at Martin. He’s spearheading talent growth and career pathing for the entire agency.
Prior to joining Martin, Jordan’s led other brands to greatness at Wieden + Kennedy, BBDO and Muse Communications. We’re talking: Nike, Sprite, Old Spice and more. This includes the development of award-winning campaigns like “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” and Nike’s 2016 Olympics anthem that united the U.S. Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams in partnership with then up-and-comer Chance The Rapper for a unique rendition of the National Anthem.
Elle is a multidisciplinary strategic and creative leader who has spent her journey at Martin focusing on scaling the social capabilities of the agency and our accounts. She recently moved into the position of Head of Social and was most recently leading the Snapchat account through its next phase of creative work.
Prior to joining Martin, Elle led social creative, activations, and strategic thinking for Instagram, Target, DeBeers, Spotify, HBO, HP, Old Navy, and others.
Matt is an Executive Producer overseeing Martin digital, social and performance accounts including UPS, Google and Axe to name a few. He manages a digital division of producers, artists, developers and technologists delivering content & experiences across emerging tech, digital, OLV and social channels.
