Randy N. Cooper

Randy Cooper, President and CEO of Richmond Heritage Federal Credit Union, is a proven leader with over twenty years of experience in Senior Management. Prior to Richmond Heritage Federal Credit Union, Randy was a Branch Manager with Wells Fargo Bank and Former Owner / Marketing Director for 4ward Thinking Marketing, and Assistant V.P./Branch Manager with Bank of America, where he was a recipient of an Award for Excellence. Business Management from Nash Community College in Rocky Mount N.C., completed Cohen Brown Sales Training Certification.

A Creative team builder with extensive experience in marketing strategies, customer retention, and business development. I am most proud of being the youngest of 11 kids in the Cooper family. Where it was my job to entertain the family before cable TV. I feel this helped me to hone my communication, presentation, and public speaking skills which have allowed me to grow revenue and helped increase our credit union from $7 million to $10 million credit union.
